Dear Students,

This is your chance to learn about me. I am from Indiana, but have lived in California for 7 years. I have also been teaching for 7 years and this is my third year in first grade. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, and watching movies.

I am also married. Can you guess how long I've been married? 7 years! A lot happened to me 7 years ago. My husband works in film and has many fun stories to share.

We don't have any children, but we do have a puppy named Peyton. I am a HUGE Colts fan and named her after Peyton Manning. She will be two years old in November and she is very silly. You'll hear lots of stories about her, too.

I am so excited to be your first grade teacher! We are going to have a great year!!!
